done in the same set-up, providing
accurate, feature-to-feature relationships, both within a single piece and from part to part. Available on the MetalMaster Plus, Titan II, MPC2000, and TMC4500ST machine models.
- Drills up to 1/2" (standard)
diameter holes in mild steel up
to 1" thick on the Titan II.
- Up to
3/4" diameter available on the
TMC4500ST and MPC2000.
- Up to
3/8" diameter available on the
MetalMaster Plus.

Features and Benefits:
- Mist lubrication unit is mounted to the drill station for reliable and
easy drilling.
- A portion of the four inch drill stroke can be feed-rate controlled
to provide reliable drilling while minimizing tool breakage.
- Drill “start” and “stop” commands are initiated automatically by the
part program to free operator for other tasks.

An optional drill feature can be combined with normal plasma and oxyfuel cutting, allowing for more work to be done on the piece part in a single handling. All processes are done in the same set-up, providing accurate, feature-to-feature relationships, both within a single piece and from part-to-part.

Features and Benefits:
- Drill up to 1/4” diameter holes in mild steel and 5/16” diameter holes in aluminum using one-half horsepower air motor.
- Pneumatic system provides thrust of 159 lbs.
Forward feed rate can be controlled automatically through a pre-set in the unique control head
- Working stroke of 3.94”, with a signal to indicate completion of the drilling cycle
- Automatic initiation of drill commands by the part program frees the operator for other tasks
