MG's Parts Department maintains a large stock of parts and has most items in stock at all times. 97% of orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. For down machine orders, most orders ship within 24 hours.

The Parts Departments analysts have more than 50 years of experience. A parts inventory of over $1 million is dedicated for service only. To minimize customer's downtime, the Messer Service Parts Department can ship same day air.
