PL-1 Plasma Lifter
The MG Systems and Welding PL-1 Plasma Lifter combines plasma arc voltage monitoring with a CNC closed loop positioning axis to improve plasma height control. Lifting is carried out at speeds of up to 880 IPM.

Inova Torch Height Control
Available only as a retrofit, the Inova™ torch height control by Kaliburn™ allows the user to program more functions and reduce cycle time along with providing an accurate cut.

RSVP-421™ Torch Height Control
Available only as a retrofit, the RSVP-421™ offers high speed for positioning and the highest speeds practical for cutting. The RSVP-421™ ensures accurate torch positioning for arc initiation.

OL Series Oxyfuel Torch Lifters (OL100, OL200, and OL300)
The new Messer OL Series are heavy production oxyfuel lifters designed to operate in harsh conditions. They are available on the TMC4500ST, Titan II, and MPC2000 machine models.
